May 2013 Dr. Raga Ramachandran, the Medical School Education Director for our department, has been chosen to receive the 2013 Essential Core Teaching Award for “Commitment to Teaching.” As noted in the letter announcing the award, “This award reflects the high esteem and deep appreciation felt by students for your exemplary efforts as an instructor.
